If a project is cancelled after partial work has been completed, a partial refund may be issued depending on the percentage of work completed. Development hours, consulting hours, and third-party service costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we can resolve the issue promptly.
