Refund and Cancellation Policy

At A QUBIX IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver high-quality technology solutions and professional services to our clients. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be requested.

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • If a project has not yet started, the client may cancel the service and receive a full refund.
  • If work has already begun, cancellation will be evaluated based on project progress.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • The service has not yet been initiated.
  • A QUBIX is unable to deliver the agreed service.
  • Both parties mutually agree to terminate the project.

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on project progress and resources already utilized.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may not be eligible for refunds once work has begun. These include but are not limited to:

  • Custom software development services
  • Website design and development after design approval
  • Cloud infrastructure setup or configuration
  • Consulting services already delivered
  • Third-party licenses or tools purchased for the client

4. Partial Refunds

If a project is cancelled after partial work has been completed, a partial refund may be issued depending on the percentage of work completed. Development hours, consulting hours, and third-party service costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

6. Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Policy Updates

A QUBIX IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
